Refund policy

At mc., we hope you love your order. However, if an item isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, with all original tags attached and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Items may be tried on, but must not show signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to check the fit, nature and characteristics of the product.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been submitted, the item must be sent back within 14 days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

Once your return has been received and inspected, you may choose between:

  • A refund to your original payment method, or
  • Store credit for the value of the returned item(s), which can be used on our website within one year from the date of issue.

Where applicable, refunds made under your statutory right of withdrawal will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be modified or cancelled as it may already be in preparation.

If we are unable to cancel your order before dispatch, you may exercise your right of withdrawal once the order has been received, subject to the conditions outlined above.

INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item so that we can assist you.

Your statutory consumer rights and legal guarantees remain unaffected.

Please carefully check your name, shipping address and contact information before placing your order.

mc. cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. Additional shipping costs may apply if an order needs to be sent again due to incorrect information.

Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control. However, this does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
